Meet Paloma Vega

Hi, I’m Paloma — a bilingual Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (English/Spanish) dedicated to helping you feel empowered and confident in your food choices through an anti-diet, compassionate approach!

I was born and raised in a small town in North Georgia, with deep roots in Mexico that shaped my love for culture, family, and food. My passion for science, wellness, and fitness led me to pursue a career in nutrition. I earned my Bachelor’s in Dietetics and Master of Science in Community Nutrition from the University of Georgia and completed my clinically focused dietetic internship at Emory University Hospital.

I enjoy staying active by walking and lifting weights! I enjoy slow mornings, drinking coffee, making new recipes, creating nutrition-related content, and finding new restaurants. And of course, teaching people how to nourish their bodies to meet their personal and health goals.

I provide Medical Nutrition Therapy (MNT) while helping you heal your relationship with food. My approach blends evidence-based care with intuitive eating principles, empowering you to manage conditions like diabetes, PCOS, heart disease, and weight concerns without feeling restricted or overwhelmed.
